A Free Self Love and Embodiment Workshop with Ruthie! June 14th, 11-12:30pm CT
More Details below 💗
What if you could begin unlearning the story that you are broken, that something inside of you needed to be fixed?
Healing is not about fixing, it’s about processing your unprocessed wounds from your past. Everyone has wounding. When your sweet body and nervous system did not have the environment, knowledge, or resources available to you, and you did not feel supported, seen, and held in your experience, you could not yet process what was happening.
That experience left an open, unprocessed tab in your nervous system. Over time we can have thousands of open tabs that have not yet been closed and this can lead to us feeling overwhelm, like something is wrong with us, that we “shouldn’t” feel this way. We believe the collective, patriarchal story that we should be different than we are and we need to be fixed.
I have lived with so much self loathing and shame in my body for as long as I can remember. This unlearning has been so huge for me to begin bringing radical compassion and love to the stories and feelings of overwhelm, self hatred, shutdown, insecurity, comparison, fear, control, and perfectionism. To begin feeling these emotions and sensations in my body, getting curious about them, and bringing love and presence to them. This is how we begin moving through them, closing out tabs, and remembering our innate worth and divinity through practices of self compassion and love.
Next Wednesday June 14th from 11-12:30 central, I will be sharing a FREE virtual live event all about self love and embodiment, ways to unlearn these stories of being broken, and realizing we are already so good and worthy. Everyone is welcome!
If you would like to learn more and register for the workshop, click on the link below (this will be recorded). Also, I will be giving away one free coaching call with me at the end for people that come live! I would be so honored to mirror your innate worthiness, wholeness, and goodness to you!
