Hi beautiful friends, I wanted to send an email to invite you to a retreat I’m leading April 12th through the 14th in Boone, North Carolina at the Art Of Living Retreat Center (the video above explains a bit more about the retreat).
I’d be so thrilled and honored to journey with you on the path of unlearning the story that you are broken and need to be fixed. Remembering that you get to be so human, and that all of your parts belong here. You’re worthy simply because you exist. I’ll be teaching embodiment practices to integrate that truth. We will play, connect with each other, and mother nature. We’ll reconnect to our bodies and learn tools to commune and love on all of our parts.
