Our Spiritual Hygiene Night is coming up next Tuesday, June 20th at 6pm CT and I'm so excited to gather with ya'll! Learning spiritual hygiene to keep my energy clear and centered and to help distinguish my energy from others’ has been huge. The practices I’ve learned have changed my life, and is something I’m so grateful to share with you!

In this event, Ruthie will teach the importance of maintaining your energetic body with practices and techniques to help protect and clear your aura.
